We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We have the right to refuse refunds if these conditions are not met. Items may not be exchanged, only returned for a refund.

Insuring your package -- By choosing NOT to insure during checkout your are agreeing that this store is NOT responsible for any loss or damage to the package or its contents incurred during shipping.

Any refunds/exchanges that are issued are subject to a non-refundable 20% re-stock fee.

Purchasers are responsible for return shipping. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept retruns on items that are drop shipped, or items on clearance or close out.

In order to receive a product exchange or refund you MUST initiate an RMA beforehand.  Returns that are mailed before initiating an RMA WILL NOT be accepted for return. 

To start the RMA process:

  1.  login to your account and go to the 'My Account' section.

  2. In the Track Your Recent Orders section, you will click on the View Details link for the order that you would like to initiate the RMA for.

  3. Once in the order, you will click on the "Add New RMA" button.

  4. You will choose the number of items they want to return in the Order Items section.

  5. In the Order Return Options section, you will choose the Reason and Method for the return.

  6. Finally, you can add comments in the Comments section.  Once done, you will click Save RMA and you will be sent an confirmation email


Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. All refunds will be processed after the items have been returned.
