Magnesium Bath Crystals

This is a powerful hydrotherapy that draws toxins from the tissues,
replenishes the “vital fluid” of the cells with energized microwater,
and restores cellular magnesium to optimum levels. It may be applied as
a full-body immersion bath or as a simple footbath, with equally
effective results.
While drawing the hot water for a full-body or foot bath, into the tub
or basin. To the bath water add 1-3 scoops of Bath Crystals.

recommended at first. The Bath Crystals made of Magne-Oil infuse the
water with potent levels of magnesium chloride, which is carried
directly into the cells. The Crystals charge the bath water with

“bio-battery” that recharges and rebalances all of the vital fluids and
tissues in the body. In addition, evidence suggests that this particular
combination of magnesium crystals infused into a bath of energized

Method: Soak the whole body or just the feet in this bath water for
20-30 minutes, at a temperature of about 108 degrees F, then rinse well
with clean, warm running water and dry off with a cotton towel.

body or foot bath every day for the first 7 days, then continue with a

Magnesium Oil (Mag Oil) is a seawater
extract. It is about 35% magnesium chloride, and the balance is sea
water and naturally-occurring trace minerals. (As an aside, each 30
gallons of seawater contains one gallon of magnesium chloride.) Although
we call this product an oil, in actual fact there is no oil in it or
added to it.
Start by rubbing the Oil on your feet. It will be easily absorbed. If
you put the oil on other parts of the body and there is itching just
wash the oil off. This means that you are very magnesium deficient. You
may want to start absorbing magnesium in a bath instead of rubbing
directly on skin. Put 1 to 2 ounces, or more, of Magnesium Oil into a
hot bath & soak for at least 20 minutes.
Because the Magnesium Oil can be absorbed so easily, many have found
that they can get almost instant relief from the pains of arthritis by
massaging a generous amount of magnesium into an area of discomfort.
Many have found similar relief from muscular pain, even fibromyalgia-type
pain. It has been discovered that adding moist heat on top of the
Magnesium Oil greatly expands the relief possible. When neck and
shoulders are aching from spending far too long at the keyboard, I will
massage a generous amount of Magnesium Oil into that area, heat a wet
kitchen towel in the microwave for one minute and then apply it to the
area. Three rounds of that treatment, and the pain vanishes.
Some have found that areas of skin damage and thin lines will begin to
rejuvenate with regular applications of Magnesium Oil. There are known
advanced cases of sun damage to skin from years of overexposure to the
sun, rejuvenated in only a few months of regularly applying the
Magnesium Oil topically.
Since it has such a strange, almost glycerin, feel to it and tends to
bead a little, you could experience a little burning and stinging of the
skin and dilution with water may be necessary, but as soon as the
rejuvenation processes begin, you will be able to use full strength.
Massage the Oil into aching muscles and joints, put a little on your
finger to apply to sore gums, massage a bit into your hair to give it
more body and actually bring the natural color back to your hair over
time. Some will find the Magnesium Oil to be synergistic with deep
