- Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska Canada?
Yes we do, but you must call our toll free number to place your order
and their will be additional shipping charges. Canadian orders may
also be delayed by customs.
- How are the shipping fee's calculated.
Shipping is calculated by weight. Prices also include a small handling
fee.
- Do you ship overseas?
Currently we do not ship overseas.
- If I place an order, how long before the shipment arrives?
Any orders placed take 2-3 weeks or less. We do not ship the same day
you place your order. We try to ship within 48 hours of an order being
placed, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays (hey, we get
days off too!) We make every effort to maintain enough inventory to
cover our orders, but occasionally we do go into a back order status
for a short time. If you feel your order hasn't arrived on time, call
our customer service and they will give you the status of your order.

- Is my credit card safe here? What about my information safe?
Your information is safe. It is stored in an encrypted database until
processed, at which time the credit card number is deleted. We protect
your information and do not give it to 3rd parties. Secure online

- Are there any instructions for the products?
Most items will be delivered with instructions, please remember that
we cannot diagnose, prescribe or offer any kind of medical advice.

- What is your return policy?
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the Products, you may
return them under certain conditions for your money back.
